Carnelian is the crystal of sacral vitality — it energises the lower abdomen, supports blood flow to the reproductive organs, and brings warmth and motivation to the Kidney and Spleen systems. In Chinese Medicine terms, it tonifies Yang and moves Qi in the lower jiao. It is particularly indicated for those with cold, sluggish presentations — low basal body temperature, poor luteal phase warmth, or the flat, depleted feeling that can follow multiple failed IVF cycles.
